At pawvila.store, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so you won’t have any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

We’re proud of our ability to process all orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, email us at pawvillla@gmail.com as soon as possible.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it’s essential that you contact us during this window so we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. No cancellation request can be accepted if the order has already been processed.

Address Errors

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address and contact us promptly to request a change. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, refused deliveries, or undeliverable addresses (inaccessible or incomplete). In such cases, parcels may be returned to us—but not always.
If your order is returned to sender, we will offer either a refund minus shipping fees or a reshipment (your choice).
You are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund until your parcel has been received back by the sender.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time: 7–10 days from shipment (business days, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing time is typically within 12 hours after your order is placed.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

  • During peak seasons, customs checks, or carrier disruptions, delivery may take slightly longer.

Return Policy

We accept returns* for any reason—whether you’re unsatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return window is 14 days from the moment you receive your products.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, simply fill out the return form, sign it, and send it with your package to the address we will provide when you contact our support team at pawvillla@gmail.com.

*For hygiene reasons, used devices cannot be returned. Gift cards and digital books are non-returnable.
